One of the priorities of the LIFE Eau&Climat project is to facilitate the mobilization of local actors. Some of the project's partners are implementing mobilization actions and sharing their experiences in a series of fact sheets, the first of which are now available for consultation.
Alongside the guide to mobilizing local actors, the first version of which was distributed at the end of 2023, six partners in the LIFE Eau&Climat project - EPAGE Loire-Lignon, EPTB Vienne, SMEAG, SmCLm, SMAVD and SMBVLB - are carrying out/have carried out mobilization actions in their territories. In order to share their experience on the subject with other structures, they are reviewing some of these actions through a series of fact sheets produced by OiEau.
The first five sheets have just been put online :
- Awareness-raising workshop for secondary school students : EPAGE Loire-Lignon took part in an awareness-raising day for water conservation at an agricultural secondary school. EPAGE Loire-Lignon proposed a workshop on the availability of water resources and adaptation to climate change.
- Organize a round table on "Water and climate change" : a round table prepared by EPAGE Loire-Lignon at the Fête du Lignon, an event held in the Lignon du Velay watershed.
- Inform decision-makers to improve knowledge of water and climate change : half-day information sessions on the theme of "water and climate change" organized by EPAGE Loire-Lignon for local elected representatives.
- Mobilizing agricultural actors, raising awareness of urban and agricultural runoff : SMEAG organized events to raise awareness of runoff issues among players from the Garonne de Piémont geographical commission and the CLE of the SAGE Vallée de la Garonne.
- Organize a study launch webinar : organization of a webinar for members of the CLE of the SAGE Vallée de la Garonne, on the launch of a study. The aim of the webinar was to prepare the territorial consultation workshops proposed in the study on the assessment of the socio-economic impacts of climate change on water uses within the SAGE perimeter.
The fact sheets to be published shortly relate to the following experience feedback :
