Mobilizing local stakeholders : new feedbacks from partners are available

As part of the mobilization of local stakeholders initiative, project partners are setting up local actions and sharing their experiences with us. Transcribed in the form of fact sheets, new feedback is now available for consultation.

Three partners in the LIFE Eau&Climat project - EPTB Vienne, EPAGE Loire-Lignon and SMAVD - have carried out a number of mobilization actions. These are presented in four new experience feedback sheets, produced by OiEau :

  • Implement a water-saving approach : EPTB Vienne has produced a guide to water saving in public buildings. The guide is aimed at municipalities and inter-municipalities, and is also available in an adapted version for private individuals.
  • Organization of an escape game on sustainable development : EPAGE Loire-Lignon took part in an awareness-raising day on river preservation. For this event, EPAGE Loire-Lignon proposed an escape game for young and old on sustainable development.
  • Creation of a group of elected representatives to act as “Water and Climate Change Ambassadors”: the SMAVD provides a forum for debate and dialogue between local players. The aim is to increase the skills of elected representatives on the Durance.
  • Photolangage, an animation tool to raise awareness among elected representatives : to animate and facilitate exchanges between elected representatives on the Durance territory, the SMAVD uses photolangage. The tool has been specifically designed to tackle the subjects of water and rivers.
