The final general meeting of the LIFE Eau&Climat project was held on 4 February. The purpose of the meeting was to allow a final visit to the project by the ELMEN EEIG monitor, who is responsible for providing assistance with the technical and financial monitoring of LIFE projects on behalf of the European Commission.
The LIFE Eau&Climat project will come to an end on 28 February 2025, after four and a half years. A final general meeting was held on 4 February in a hybrid format: some partners travelled to Paris to the premises of the International Office for Water and the others attended by videoconference. The final visit of ELMEN EEIG's external monitor, who was also present in Paris, took place during the meeting. ELMEN EEIG is a consortium responsible for monitoring LIFE projects (LIFE action grants).
The day was divided into two parts: the first focusing on the technical aspects and the second on the administrative and financial aspects. The first part was an opportunity to take stock of the results produced and to explain potential deviations from what was initially planned. You can find the main results of the project on this page: https://www.gesteau.fr/en/life-eau-climat/results
The final results are currently being finalised and the partners will now prepare the project's final report for the European Commission.
